Meteor app assessment
The usual starting point. A structured audit of versions, Atmosphere packages, Meteor 3 readiness, MongoDB and Node exposure, and hosting posture — ending in a written keep, upgrade, or migrate recommendation with a sequenced plan.
Meteor 3 migration
The Fibers-to-async/await conversion, package replacement, and Node and MongoDB upgrades that take an app from the Meteor 2 era to a supported platform — done incrementally, behind tests, while normal delivery continues.
Maintenance & feature delivery
Ongoing senior engineering in your codebase: production fixes, performance work, and roadmap features, from engineers fluent in pub/sub, methods, and Blaze.
Migration off Meteor
When the right end state is a different stack: an incremental strangler migration, typically to Next.js and React, that preserves your MongoDB data layer and cuts over route by route with a parallel run — never a big-bang rewrite.
